Job Description

The Sales Manager for Retrofits Capital Equipment in North India is responsible for leading sales of combustion systems and related heavy engineering equipment to petrochemical companies, PSUs, EPCs, and private operators, supporting high-value projects and driving customer engagement in a technically demanding environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead burner and capital equipment sales within the North India region.
  • Sell combustion systems and related heavy engineering, process, fired, or capital equipment solutions to petrochemical companies, PSUs, EPCs, and private-sector operators.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
  • Provide technical expertise and product knowledge to support sales efforts.
  • Participate in structured training programs to enhance product and sales skills.

Requirements

  • Proven experience selling combustion systems or related heavy engineering, process, fired, or capital equipment solutions to petrochemical companies, PSUs (IOCL, BPCL, HPCL, GAIL), EPCs, and large private-sector operators.
  • Experience in leading burner and capital equipment sales within the North India region.
  • Ability to demonstrate technical strength and sales-driven approach in the relevant industry.
  • Willingness to undergo structured training programs provided by Zeeco India to acquire product knowledge, technical expertise, and sales tools necessary to excel in the role.
