Job Description
The Regional Sales Manager at Zeeco is responsible for driving sales and building customer relationships in the Southeast Asia region, supporting industries such as refining, LNG, petrochemical, and power, while working within a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage regional sales operations and develop sales strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with key industry clients and partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base in the region.
Requirements
- Experience in a sales management role, preferably with a focus on industrial combustion and environmental solutions, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of industries such as refining, production, LNG, petrochemical, power, Steel, fertilizer, rubber chemical, pharmaceutical, and biogas industries.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with industry clients and internal teams to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Willingness to work in Singapore or the Southeast Asia region, with the ability to travel as required.
- Demonstrated leadership skills to manage and motivate a sales team.
- Relevant educational background, such as a degree in engineering, business, or a related field (implied but not explicitly specified).
