The Receptionist at Zeeco serves as the first point of contact for visitors and colleagues, managing front desk operations, answering calls, greeting guests, and performing clerical and administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, customers, and employees
Answer, screen, and forward phone calls
Maintain a tidy and presentable reception lobby, front desk, and Visitor Conference Center
Manage mail and deliveries
Schedule appointments and update calendars
Enforce security procedures such as visitor sign-in, issuing badges, and auditing
Perform clerical duties including email management, data entry, and ordering supplies
Requirements
High school diploma or GED is required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with office equipment such as printers and fax machines.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to greet visitors professionally and handle inquiries politely.
Friendly, approachable demeanor with the ability to maintain a positive attitude.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
