Key Responsibilities
Develop process design basis and execute process engineering activities for customer projects.
Prepare and review Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), Process Design Basis, and engineering calculations.
Perform process calculations including: Heat & Material Balance Hydraulic calculations Line sizing Pressure drop calculations Utility consumption calculations Equipment sizing and selection Prepare process datasheets and technical specifications for process equipment. Support the design and engineering of pressure vessels, separators, heat exchangers, pumps, tanks, skids, and other process equipment. Participate in process safety activities including HAZOP, HAZID, SIL, and design review meetings. Review customer specifications and ensure engineering deliverables comply with applicable international codes and standards. Coordinate with Mechanical, Piping, Instrumentation, Electrical, Civil, and Project Engineering teams during project execution. Review vendor documents and provide technical clarifications during procurement and fabrication. Support commissioning, troubleshooting, and performance testing activities when required.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering .
7 to 10 years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas, Heavy Engineering, Process Equipment Manufacturing, EPC, Refinery, Petrochemical, or Energy industry.
Strong understanding of process engineering principles and industrial process equipment.
