Job Description
A Combustion Engineer - End User Support responsible for providing combustion solutions, diagnosing equipment issues, and upgrading technologies for fired equipment in the petrochemical and refining industries, primarily serving customers in the Benelux region.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide combustion solutions for furnaces, heaters, boilers, flares, incinerators, and other fired equipment.
- Diagnose equipment issues across multiple markets and facilities.
- Upgrade technologies to meet environmental initiatives.
- Travel to customer facilities to support and troubleshoot combustion equipment.
- Apply problem-solving skills to resolve combustion-related problems for refining and petrochemical end users.
Requirements
- Proven experience in providing combustion solutions for furnaces, heaters, boilers, flares, incinerators, or other fired equipment and ancillary technologies.
- Ability to diagnose equipment issues across multiple markets, customers, and equipment types through on-site visits and troubleshooting.
- Experience in upgrading technologies to satisfy environmental initiatives and solve combustion problems, particularly for refining and petrochemical end users.
- Willingness and ability to travel to different facilities within the Benelux region as required for diagnostics and support.
- Strong problem-solving skills applied across various equipment and customer scenarios.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a global team to support combustion solutions and technology upgrades.
