Job Description
The Director of Demand Generation will build and lead the demand generation function from the ground up, developing strategies and programs to create a scalable pipeline and revenue engine for Xpansiv's energy transition markets, in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.

- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and business teams to build a scalable pipeline and revenue engine.
- Build the demand generation function from the ground up to support company growth.

- Experience in working with sales, marketing, and business line teams to align demand generation efforts.
- Ability to benefit from and adapt within a well-funded, financially healthy business environment.
- Experience pursuing global growth opportunities in renewable energy, clean fuels, wholesale power, or related energy transition markets.
- Experience in building and leading a demand generation team or function.
- Strong understanding of energy transition markets, environmental commodities, or related sectors (implied by the context of the company and role).
- Ability to develop and implement demand generation strategies that support global growth in energy transition markets.
Benefits & Perks
Compensation range of $170,000 - $190,000, varying by region and experience
