Job Description
The Associate, Client Success is responsible for providing client services and onboarding new clients' assets to ensure proper payment through the company's systems, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex information for clients.

- Onboard new client assets to ensure proper payment.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to complete tasks on time and accurately.
- Communicate complex information in an understandable format for clients.
Requirements
- Acute communication skills are required, as well as the ability to distill complex information into an easy-to-understand format for our various clients.
- This position is responsible for providing client services as well as onboarding new clients' assets to ensure they are being paid appropriately through the company’s systems.
- The position will work cross-functionally and with other team members to ensure that work is completed on time and without errors.
Benefits & Perks
Compensation expected to be between 59,000 and 61,000 in Maryland
