Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Perform AC and DC auxiliary system calculations.
Assist with substation engineering design and maintenance tasks.
Support Field Engineers with inspections and projects.
Learn to use various CAD systems (MicroStation and ProjectWise).
Assist with processes and document updates.
Requirements
Current student, Freshman and above
Enrolled in an accredited college or university and pursuing a degree in one of the following fields of study: design, automation, electronics, engineering, other related field of study.
Able to commute to the Lipan Distribution service center.
Able to work full-time during the summer (up to 40 hours a week)/ part time during the spring (up to 20 hours a week).
3.0 GPA (out of a 4.0 scale) or higher
Self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision.
Knowledge of and ability to use Windows operating system and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, Access, etc.).
