Requirements
- 8 years of learning and development instructional design experience
- Bachelor's degree and/or certifications in learning & development, instructional design, or related field
- Extensive experience in instructional design methodologies
- Proficiency in tools including Microsoft Office suite, eLearning authoring tools, and Learning Management Systems
- Deep knowledge of adult learning theory and how to apply these to traditional and new learning modalities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in content writing, ability to map objectives with learning content, and completing full instructional design analysis and associated deliverable documentation
- Experience in designing and providing recommendations on full training programs with multiple modalities including Instructor
- Led, virtual training, eLearning, podcasting, video solutions, and other interactive media.
