Requirements
- Interest in change management, organizational effectiveness, human behavior, employee experience, leadership, training, communications, or business transformation. - Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to synthesize information into clear, concise deliverables. - Analytical mindset and comfort working with data, survey results, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, or similar tools. - Demonstrated collaboration, curiosity, accountability, empathy, and ability to work with people across different roles and backgrounds. - Experience with student leadership, consulting projects, research, employee engagement, communications, project management, or training/learning design. - Graduate-level students preferred for two of the four roles.
