Job Description
The role involves a quantitative analyst position focused on evaluating solar potential sites, driving market expansion, and developing commercial-scale solar projects while collaborating with various teams to optimize processes and enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate sites for solar potential
- Drive market expansion efforts through detailed research
- Develop commercial-scale solar projects across the country
- Act as a strategic thought partner to Account Managers
- Aid in structuring transactions to fit investment and risk criteria
- Work with the Tech team to encode market intelligence in software
Requirements
- Recent graduate with a solid foundation of career experience from a previous internship, part-time, or full-time role in Project Management, Finance, Economics, Solar Development, or adjacent industries.
- Ability to manage details, conduct market research, think analytically, and work cross-functionally.
- Strong quantitative skills and comfort in using spreadsheets for data analysis and presentations.
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience and earning client trust.
- Ability to communicate openly about obstacles and opportunities for improvement.
- Ability to thrive in a creative, fast-paced, rapid-growth environment and work cross-functionally.
- Flexibility and quick responsiveness to dynamic challenges and changes in the organization.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to articulate and implement solutions efficiently.
- Candidates must currently live in, or be willing to relocate to, the Boulder or Denver area.

Compensation/salary range: 58,500 - 78,000 per year, plus equity in the form of stock options
