Job Description
The role involves working as a quantitative analyst to evaluate sites for solar potential, support market expansion, and develop commercial-scale solar projects, while collaborating with various teams to enhance processes and drive renewable energy initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate sites for solar potential
- Drive market expansion efforts through detailed research
- Develop commercial-scale solar projects across the country
- Act as a strategic thought partner to Account Managers
- Aid in structuring transactions to fit investment and risk criteria
- Work with the Tech team to encode market intelligence in proprietary software
Requirements
- Recent graduate with a solid foundation of career experience from a previous internship, part-time, or full-time role in Project Management, Finance, Economics, Solar Development, or adjacent industries.
- Ability to manage details, conduct market research, think analytically, and work cross-functionally.
- Detail-oriented with a strong comfort level in spreadsheets and ability to create presentations that include quantitative explanations.
- Demonstrated understanding of client needs and commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Ability to communicate openly about obstacles and opportunities for improvement.
- Ability to thrive in a creative, fast-paced, rapid-growth environment and work cross-functionally.
- Flexibility to respond quickly and efficiently to dynamic challenges.
- Ability to articulate and implement solutions to complex problems.
- Candidates must currently live in, or be willing to relocate to, the Boulder or Denver area.

Compensation/salary range: 58,500 - 78,000 per year, plus equity in the form of stock options
