Job Description

The Wastewater Technical Manager is responsible for leading the development, design, and delivery of wastewater and drinking water projects for municipal clients across the New England region, collaborating with internal teams and clients to provide innovative water solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with municipal clients to develop, design, and deliver wastewater and drinking water projects.
  • Evaluate, plan, design, and oversee the construction of drinking water and wastewater systems.
  • Lead the delivery of multiple water projects in coordination with the Technical Manager.
  • Work directly with clients and internal teams to ensure project success.
  • Support marketing and proposal efforts for new projects.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in evaluating, planning, designing, and constructing drinking water and wastewater systems.
  • Familiarity with a broad range of issues related to master planning, collections, treatment, and distribution systems is preferred.
  • Technical focus with the ability to collaborate with the Technical Manager to lead the delivery of multiple projects.
  • Ability to work directly with clients and internal teams to develop, design, and deliver wastewater and drinking water projects.
  • Experience in supporting marketing and proposal efforts for water projects.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% within the New England Region.
  • Availability to work 2 to 3 days in the office or onsite with clients as part of a flexible remote/hybrid work schedule.
  • Location flexibility to work in Canton, MA; Andover, MA; Northampton, MA; Providence, RI; or Middletown, CT.
