Job Description
The Senior Client Manager at Woodard Curran is responsible for developing and leading client relationships within the industrial Food and Beverage water and environmental solutions sector, driving strategic account growth, and delivering tailored, innovative solutions to complex client needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead client service teams in the Food and Beverage market sector.
- Identify and understand client needs to tailor water and environmental solutions.
- Engage directly with clients to build relationships and drive strategic account growth.
- Develop and manage client accounts, capturing new opportunities and expanding service reach.
- Collaborate internally to assemble teams and deliver impactful, customized solutions.
- Address complex client challenges through problem-solving and innovative ideas.
Requirements
- Proven experience in the industrial Food and Beverage environmental services market, with current market insight and a strong presence in the industry.
- Deep expertise in selling water and environmental solutions into the Food and Beverage market sector.
- Ability to develop and lead client service teams composed of professionals from both the Consulting and Operations Maintenance divisions of the firm.
- Experience in developing and directing client accounts, capturing opportunities, and growing the reach and impact of services.
- Ability to identify and understand client needs and pair solutions to create success.
- Experience working with large and complex client organizations to address unmet needs through problem-solving and innovative approaches.
- Externally focused with a strong relationship-building ability, particularly with clients and internal teams.
- Strong leadership skills to lead strategic account development and client development efforts.
- Excellent communication skills for direct client engagement and internal relationship building.
- Ability to thrive in a remote work environment with nationwide location flexibility.
- Knowledge of water and environmental solutions relevant to the Food and Beverage sector.
