Job Description
A senior management role focused on developing and leading client service teams in water and wastewater projects for municipal clients in the Mid-Atlantic and New England regions, emphasizing client engagement, innovative solutions, and business growth within an engineering and environmental firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead high-performing client service teams serving water and wastewater municipalities
- Engage directly with clients to understand their needs and build strong relationships
- Create and implement plans to grow client impact and project solutions
- Ensure team’s technical capabilities remain at the forefront of client and business engagements
- Identify unmet needs of large, complex municipalities and develop innovative, solutions-oriented approaches
- Showcase the firm’s project delivery methods and technical expertise to clients and industry
Requirements
- Deep expertise in water and wastewater services, specifically serving water and wastewater municipalities across the Mid-Atlantic and New England regions.
- Experience developing and leading high-performing client service teams drawn from the firm's top talent.
- Ability to develop and direct client relationships and capture and develop plans to grow the impact of deployed solutions.
- Proven ability to drive growth critical to the mission of the firm through client engagement and account development.
- Self-motivation to build internal relationships to form the right teams and solutions tailored to client needs.
- Ability to work with large, complex municipalities to identify and address unmet needs through a solutions-oriented approach.
- Technical expertise to ensure team capabilities remain at the forefront of client and business engagements and effectively showcase innovative project delivery methods.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a related field (implied by the technical nature of the role and industry standards).
