Job Description
The Lift Station Technician is responsible for performing mechanical maintenance, installation, and repair of lift stations to ensure the reliable operation of wastewater collection systems, particularly during emergency situations. This role requires expertise in lift station systems, mechanical repairs, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform mechanical maintenance, installation, and repair of lift stations.
- Ensure reliable operation of wastewater collection systems.
- Participate in emergency response efforts during adverse events.
- Maintain accurate records related to lift station systems and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Skilled in performing mechanical maintenance, installation, and repair of lift stations to ensure the reliable operation of wastewater collection systems.
- Expertise in lift station systems, mechanical repairs, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong skills in teamwork, troubleshooting, and maintaining accurate records are essential.
- Availability to work Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, with alternating on-call responsibility.
