Job Description

A mid-level engineer or scientist role focused on supporting and executing air permitting projects, providing air dispersion modeling services, and collaborating with a national team to deliver innovative air quality solutions for various clients across different sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and execute air permitting projects for industrial, municipal, commercial, and institutional clients.
  • Perform air dispersion modeling to assess air quality impacts.
  • Collaborate with Client Managers and project teams to deliver technical air quality services.
  • Provide innovative solutions and technical expertise in air quality and permitting processes.
  • Work independently and lead or participate in multi-disciplinary project teams.

Requirements

  • Support and execute air permitting projects for industrial, municipal, commercial, and institutional clients.
  • Deliver innovative and technically superior air permitting and air dispersion modeling services.
  • Partner with Client Managers in the national Environment Practice to support project delivery.
  • Work independently and lead or participate in multi-disciplined project teams.
  • Possess strong technical experience in air permitting and air dispersion modeling services.
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in air quality modeling, permitting, or related environmental engineering/science fields.
  • Hold a relevant bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
  • Be able to support and support air permitting projects and provide superior services to clients.
  • Be motivated and growth-oriented professional committed to supporting the firm’s objectives.
  • Be able to work remotely, demonstrating self-motivation and effective communication skills.
