Job Description
A remote IT System Administrator Intern responsible for supporting IT operations, service desk functions, and governance initiatives within a global, fully remote organization, providing hands-on experience in enterprise IT management.
Key Responsibilities
- Support IT operations and service desk functions
- Assist in delivering a positive user experience
- Support company data retention governance initiatives
Requirements
- Authorized to work from their home location in the US or Canada, unless otherwise indicated on the role description.
- Support IT operations and service desk functions to deliver excellent user experience.
- Support critical governance initiatives related to data retention.
- Work full-time, 40 hours per week during the internship period.
- Be highly motivated and detail-oriented.
- Collaborate directly with the Senior IT Manager and closely with Systems Administrators.
- Support enterprise IT operations for a remote organization of approximately 250 people across multiple time zones.
