- 2+ years of experience in sales management
- 5+ years of experience in sales negotiations and contracting
- 2+ years leading a team
- Energy related sales experience
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and individuals
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience gained through college degree programs and/or certifications is applicable to above skills
