Job Description
As part of the Business Intelligence team, the Lead Analyst, BI & Analytics is responsible for providing business insights to management by analyzing current trends and new initiatives in sales, gains, losses, margin and other key performance indicators to drive strategic and operational performance improvements.
Requirements
- •
- 3-5+ years of relevant industry experience
- Demonstrated sill in extracting and analyzing large volume of data using SAS / SQL
- Experience with big data technologies like Hadoop/HANA, Voice Analytics desirable
- Experience in creating visual dashboards using tools like Tableau
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Experience in a customer-focused role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
- Experience gained through college degree programs and/or certifications is applicable to above skills
