This position works with occasional supervision or direction to perform assigned tasks and coordinate assigned initiatives through completion.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required; (Electrical Engineering preferred)
Experience with electrical and/or I&C systems design at a nuclear facility is preferred.
Prior professional-level engineering experience is preferred.
Prior plant design engineering experience, including experience with electrical, mechanical and I&C components, is preferred.
Being able to work independently in leadership and mentoring roles with little Supervisory involvement is preferred.
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Prior experience with Electrical Transient Analysis Program (ETAP) and MicroStation Cad Software are preferred.
Excellent interpersonal skills and strong analytical ability.
Ability to develop effective working relationships with all employees at Vistra
Able to deliver quality and accurate work within established deadlines.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, with ability to make formal technical presentations to various management levels.
Ability to work extended hours, shift schedules and perform on-call duties when necessary.
