Job Description
The Director, Organizational Effectiveness oversees the Performance Improvement group, including the corrective action programs at the Davis Besse Nuclear Power Plant, to ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation.
Requirements
- 9 –10 years of relevant business and management experience
- 10+ years of either commercial or Navy nuclear experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with emphasis on issue identification, structuring, and creativity.
- Strong quantitative skills and business acumen
- Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
- Experience gained through college degree programs and/or certifications is applicable to the above skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
