Job Description
The Analyst V will be responsible for driving documentation and process improvements, maintaining and configuring applications, and/or performing support activities for Technology Services.
Requirements
- •Experienced gained through college degree programs and or certifications in business or technology related field.
- •5-7 years professional experience in a technology or business field
- •Professional certifications (e.g., ITIL, CSM, AWS)
- •Demonstrated ability to lead, track, and communicate status of cross-team initiatives.
- •Demonstrated ability to identify, evaluate, and implement opportunities for automation and continuous improvement of ITIL-aligned processes.
- •Demonstrated ability to create and update process documentation.
- •Ability to learn quickly, be self-motivated to improve knowledge and tackle new challenges
- •Exceptional organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail required
- •Proficient at creating leadership-level communications and presenting to and interacting with leaders
- •Must demonstrate an energetic, hands-on, enthusiastic, results-oriented approach as a team player, capable of adding significant value to the existing team.
