Job Description
This role involves managing sales activities across Germany for a new B2B2C sales channel in the air conditioning technology sector, focusing on customer acquisition, relationship management, and quality assurance while contributing to the energy transition.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage sales activities throughout Germany for Sales as a Service with a focus on quality assurance and sales targets
- Acquire new customers and maintain existing customer relationships in air conditioning technology
- Process telephone and e-mail inquiries and complaints to ensure best-in-class customer service
- Collect feedback from customers and specialist partners to improve services
- Optimize sales channels in collaboration with marketing and sales
- Ensure smooth operation of customer systems with specialist partners and technical service
- Develop sales-relevant training concepts in cooperation with the Viessmann Academy
Requirements
- Completing commercial or technical training or studies, ideally with a focus on ventilation, heating, or air conditioning technology.
- Bringing several years of professional experience in sales, preferably in the residential and commercial ventilation sector or similar.
- Proven leadership experience for at least 5 years.
- Feeling confident in using IT applications such as Salesforce, MS Office programs, or SAP.
- Communicating business fluently in written and spoken German and English.
