The Business Development Manager at Viessmann will drive innovation and growth in the digital user ecosystem, focusing on Energy Management Solutions by identifying new business opportunities, analyzing market trends, and implementing strategies to enhance customer value and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive innovation and growth by identifying and implementing new business opportunities in the digital landscape.
- Collaborate with Service Line Owners to define and calculate business cases for new opportunities.
- Analyze business situations across different countries and convert insights into actionable strategies.
- Identify new value streams and support the transition to recurring revenue models.
- Explore and ideate scalable business models to enhance customer value and profitability.
- Increase awareness of assigned digital products in collaboration with Product Owners.
- Implement strategic measures to boost turnover and profitability.
- Conduct market and competitor research to inform business strategies.
- Support international rollouts and market introductions while monitoring sales opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in business development or a related role.
- Proficient in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong sense of emerging markets and trends.
- Analytical abilities to assess strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Solid understanding of business figures with the ability to analyze and draw conclusions.
- Proficient in project management and problem-solving, with a customer-centric approach.
