Job Description
Location: 50% office / 50% travel to customer sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Vertiv is hiring a MEP Coordinator - HVAC to oversee and coordinate the installation and testing of HVAC systems across key construction and infrastructure projects. In this role, you’ll ensure that all HVAC installations meet design specifications, energy-efficiency expectations, safety requirements, and project timelines.
- You’ll work closely with engineers, contractors, and site managers to ensure smooth execution, identify and resolve technical issues, and deliver high-quality project outcomes. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on technical involvement, cross-functional coordination, and contributing to successful, large-scale project delivery.
- Support presales teams with your HVAC expertise and practical experience.
- Prepare project execution plans and organizational structures.
- Ensure all HVAC works comply with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and project specifications.
- Collaborate with site managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC system issues.
- Provide operational training and support to client personnel.
- Prepare detailed construction and progress reports, including documentation of issues encountered.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HVAC industry standards, technologies, and best practices.
