Job Responsibilities
Complete the design and development of power hardware for power electronic equipment, including circuit design, magnetic component design, and the proficient application of high-power devices.
Analyze various power electronic circuits and topologies.
Perform embedded hardware and software design, debugging, and optimization.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above in Power Electronics, Automation, Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, or a related field.
Familiar with power circuit and electromagnetic component design; solid understanding of control theory, analog circuits, and digital circuits; strong interest and capability in research and development.
At least 2 years of experience in both hardware and software development of power electronic products.
Good spoken and written English communication skills.
Self-motivated, able to think independently and solve problems effectively; diligent, responsible, with strong communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the development of medium- to high-power products such as telecommunications power supplies, HVDC systems, UPS systems, or photovoltaic (PV) power systems is preferred.
Familiarity with DSP applications and proficiency in using software tools such as MATLAB and Mathcad is preferred.
