Completed vocational training in refrigeration, HVAC, or ventilation technology, or an equivalent qualification
Professional experience in technical field service is an advantage – career starters with a willingness to learn are also welcome
Certified expertise for refrigerants according to F-Gas Regulation (Category I)
Valid driver’s license (Class B)
Independent, structured work approach and enjoyment of direct customer contact
Willingness to travel & participate in on-call duty
Good German language skills (written and spoken) and basic English for communication with international colleagues, documentation, and systems
