Key Responsibilities
The Commissioning Field Supervisor -Power, Thermal & LV Switchgear is a multi-disciplinary technical role within Vertiv's Asia Service - APAC ANZ division. Based in Western Australia, you will serve as the on-the-ground technical authority for end-to-end commissioning across Vertiv's full critical infrastructure portfolio including Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS), Static Transfer Switches (STS), precision cooling systems (CRAC, CRAH, Fan Wall Units, Coolant Distribution Units), and Low Voltage Switchgear (2000 - 6200A, 415Vac). Operating across large-scale, mission-critical environments including Tier 1 Data Centres, you will combine deep technical expertise across Power, Thermal, and Switchgear disciplines for commissioning activities in the WA region.
Accurately record daily hours and complete commissioning/service reports within set timeframes, uploading all documentation to client portals promptly.
Proactively communicate project progress and any site issues to the Project Manager and Service Operations Manager.
Coordinate and schedule commissioning activities across Power, Thermal, and Switchboard disciplines for all WA-based projects, providing regular status updates and technical reporting.
