Job Description

The marketing team is responsible for Vantage’s brand, identity and positioning in the global marketplace.

Requirements

The ideal candidate has successfully built modern social media and content functions in industries facing public perception challenges and has experience using digital channels to educate stakeholders, shape narratives, build trust, and drive meaningful engagement across diverse audiences.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, Public Relations, Public Affairs, or a related field required.
10+ years of progressive experience in social media, content strategy, digital communications, corporate communications, marketing, or related disciplines.
Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing teams, agencies, and cross-functional initiatives.
Proven success developing and scaling enterprise social media and content programs that drive measurable business and reputation outcomes.
Demonstrated experience building audience-first content strategies across multiple channels and stakeholder groups.
Deep expertise in social media strategy, digital storytelling, editorial planning, content operations, and multimedia content development.
Proven experience establishing, growing, and optimizing organizational presence on emerging and evolving social and digital platforms, including successfully launching new channels and developing platform-specific engagement strategies.
Strong understanding of short-form video, social-first content, podcasts, visual storytelling, infographics, and other modern content formats that drive engagement across diverse stakeholder audiences.
Experience building and operating scalable content engines capable of supporting global and regional communications, reputation, and stakeholder engagement objectives.
Demonstrated success leveraging audience insights, analytics, and performance data to inform content strategy and channel investments.
Experience working within complex industries facing perception challenges, public opposition, regulatory scrutiny, operational complexity, or significant stakeholder engagement requirements strongly preferred.
Data center, digital infrastructure, technology, energy, telecommunications, utilities, industrial, transportation, real estate development, or similarly complex industry experience is preferred but not required.
Exceptional writing, editing, storytelling, and content development skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into engaging and accessible content for diverse audiences.
Experience managing creative agencies, production partners, freelance contributors, and external vendors.
Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
Experience working within a matrixed global organization.
Demonstrated executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
