Key Responsibilities
- As a Senior Automation Design Engineer, you will provide technical expertise across multiple projects and engineering initiatives, including:

- Designing and improving OT networking solutions
- Supporting automation standards and ensuring designs remain aligned with emerging technologies and cybersecurity requirements
- Troubleshooting complex automation issues on live sites
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering teams across EMEA
- Driving continuous improvement, innovation and engineering best practice
- Producing high-quality technical documentation and design deliverables

Strong communication skills, attention to detail and a proactive mindset are essential, as you will be working closely with stakeholders across EMEA while helping drive continuous improvement, innovation and engineering best practice. If your experience does not perfectly match every requirement but you believe you can make a valuable contribution, we would still love to hear from you.
- Whilst not essential, we would also be interested in candidates with experience of:
- Networking - Cisco or Fortinet certifications (CCNP, NSE or similar)
- OT System Architecture design - VMware or Hyper-V virtualisation , Windows or Linux server infrastructure
- Cloud integration within OT environments
- E-Plan / AutoCad Electrical Control Panel Design

We find joy in our work and each other, actively seeking opportunities to inject fun into what we do. Our hard and efficient work is rewarded with an above market total compensation package. We offer a comprehensive suite of health and welfare, retirement, and paid leave benefits exceeding local expectations.
- Throughout the year, the advantage of being part of the Vantage team is evident with an array of benefits, recognition, training and development, and the knowledge that your contribution adds value to the company and our community.
- Don't meet all the requirements? Please still apply if you think you are the right person for the position. We are always keen to speak to people who connect with our mission and values.
- Vantage does not accept unsolicited resumes from search firm agencies. Fees will not be paid in the event a candidate submitted by a recruiter without an agreement in place is hired; such resumes will be deemed the sole property of Vantage.
