Contract Analyst, NA

Handle additional duties as assigned by Management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal Studies, Contract Management, or a related field preferred.
• Paralegal certification preferred.
• 2-5 years experience in a contract administration or contract analyst role.
• Experience using enterprise resource planning or contract management software, such as Ironclad.
• Experience in the construction industry, preferred.
• Strong written and verbal skills.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret legal and technical documents, including redlines and playbooks.
• Excellent organization, time management and problem-solving skills that enable the candidate to balance multiple responsibilities at once and consistently meet tight deadlines and conflicting urgent priorities
• Expertise in working with Ironclad, Microsoft applications, DocuSign, SharePoint.
• Travel is expected to be up to 5% but may increase over time as the business evolves.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to handle or feel objects; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop or kneel; talk and hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Additional Details
• Salary Range: $75,000 – $85,000 Base + Bonus (this range is based on Colorado market data and may vary in other locations)
