Job Description
A Video Content Specialist responsible for creating, editing, and managing video content to support marketing, product launches, and customer education, collaborating with various teams to enhance engagement and the customer journey in a SaaS company.
Responsibilities
- •Create, edit, and optimize video content for marketing campaigns, product launches, and customer education.
- •Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to develop video assets that resonate with B2B audiences.
- •Manage end-to-end video production processes across the company.
- •Handle multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring timely execution.
Requirements
- •Create, edit, and optimize video content to support marketing campaigns, product launches, and customer education.
- •Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to develop video assets that resonate with B2B audiences and enhance the customer journey.
- •Manage video production end-to-end across the company, including managing projects and executing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- •Use video as a medium for storytelling with a strong understanding of how to drive engagement and conversions in a SaaS/B2B context.
- •Possess a detail-oriented approach to video content creation and editing.
- •Demonstrate the ability to work independently as a 360-individual contributor responsible for managing all aspects of video production.
- •Have a strong understanding of motion graphics and videography techniques.
- •Possess experience or skills in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- •Be willing to work in an international, diverse, and inclusive environment.
