Job Description

The Technical Support Specialist role involves assisting partners by troubleshooting technical issues, providing solutions, and sharing feedback to improve products, all while ensuring timely resolution of support requests and contributing to a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot technical issues for partners using the company's products and services
  • Find resolutions for partner requests and queries
  • Review partner queries and develop creative solutions to streamline their requirements
  • Help partners overcome technical challenges and support their platform expansion
  • Advocate for partners by sharing their feedback with the Product team to improve processes and offerings
  • Meet SLAs related to response times and issue resolution lead times

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills to effectively support partners and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Solid problem-solving skills to find resolutions for partner requests and technical struggles.
  • Ability to review partner queries and find creative solutions that streamline their requirements.
  • Experience in troubleshooting technical issues related to customer support or similar roles.
  • Ability to support seamless experiences for partners using the company's products and services.
  • Experience in supporting or working with AI-native Customer Experience and Marketing platforms is preferred.
  • Ability to meet important Service Level Agreements (SLAs) such as response time and lead time for issue resolutions.
  • Proven experience in a technical support or customer support role (specific years of experience not explicitly stated but implied as necessary).
