Job Description

A Technical Support Specialist responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, resolving partner requests, and providing seamless support to partners using Insider's customer engagement platform, while also advocating for partner feedback to improve products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot technical issues for partners using the company's products and services
  • Find resolutions for partner requests and queries
  • Review partner queries and develop creative solutions to streamline their requirements
  • Support partners in overcoming technical challenges and expanding their use of the platform
  • Advocate for partners by sharing their feedback with the Product team to improve processes and products
  • Meet SLAs related to response times and resolution lead times

Requirements

  • Support seamless experiences to partners by troubleshooting technical issues, finding resolutions for partner requests, reviewing partner queries, and finding creative solutions that streamline their requirements.
  • Leverage knowledge to help partners get over technical struggles while expanding to the Insider platform.
  • Meet important Service Level Agreements (SLAs) such as response time and the lead time for issue resolutions.
  • Possess excellent communication skills to effectively interact with partners and internal teams.
  • Have solid problem-solving skills to resolve technical issues and improve support processes.
