Job Description
The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for providing support to partners by troubleshooting technical issues, resolving partner requests, and advocating for their needs to improve product offerings. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills to ensure seamless experiences for users of the Insider platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot technical issues for partners
- Find resolutions for partner requests
- Review partner queries and provide creative solutions
- Help partners overcome technical struggles while expanding to the Insider platform
- Advocate for partners by sharing feedback with the Product team
- Meet SLAs for response time and issue resolution lead time
Requirements
- Excellent communicator with solid problem-solving skills.
- Experience in troubleshooting technical issues.
- Ability to find resolutions for partner requests.
- Experience in reviewing partner queries and finding creative solutions that streamline their requirements.
- Knowledge to help partners overcome technical struggles while expanding to the Insider platform.
- Ability to meet important SLAs like response time and lead time for issue resolutions.
