Job Description

The Talent Researcher Intern will assist in identifying and attracting top talent for Insider by conducting research and supporting recruitment efforts across various regions, contributing to building a diverse and high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct talent research to identify potential candidates in Brazil.
  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various roles.
  • Support the recruitment team in building talent pipelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
  • Proven experience in talent research, sourcing, or recruitment roles, with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with candidates and internal teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse candidates and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated understanding of talent sourcing strategies and tools, including social media platforms and professional networks.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to analyze candidate profiles and identify suitable talent based on role requirements.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage candidate pipelines and recruitment processes effectively.
