Job Description

The Solutions Consultant role involves working with clients in Brazil to implement and optimize Insider's AI-driven customer experience and marketing platform, helping brands enhance their multichannel engagement strategies and deliver personalized experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a Solutions Consultant for clients in Brazil, providing expertise on Insider's customer engagement platform.
  • Understand client needs and demonstrate how Insider's AI-native marketing and CX solutions can address them.
  • Support clients in onboarding and implementing Insider's platform to optimize customer experience and marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Solutions Consultant role or similar customer-facing technical role, with a demonstrated ability to understand and communicate complex technical solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Customer Experience (CX) technologies, marketing platforms, or related MarTech solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English, with the ability to effectively present and explain technical concepts to clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to understand client business needs and translate them into technical solutions and product demonstrations.
  • Experience working with enterprise brands or large organizations, demonstrating the ability to manage complex stakeholder requirements.
  • Technical proficiency in AI, journey orchestration, customer data management, or related areas, with the ability to learn and explain AI capabilities and integrations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, Business, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment, managing multiple client engagements simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients or attend industry events, if applicable.
