Job Description
The Solutions Architect role involves designing and implementing customer engagement solutions within a leading AI-native MarTech platform, focusing on integrating AI capabilities and ensuring seamless onboarding and support for enterprise partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide seamless onboarding and implementation support for partners.
- Assist partners with technical integration and product deployment.
- Ensure partners are effectively onboarded for maximum product efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a technical role related to solutions architecture, customer success, or implementation, with a focus on onboarding and supporting enterprise partners.
- Strong technical background and skills necessary to provide seamless onboarding and assist with implementation of Insider products.
- Ability to be a problem-solver and strategic thinker to ensure partners are flawlessly onboarded for maximum efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with partners and internal teams.
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Experience working in a multicultural environment or with international teams is preferred.
