Job Description
The Solution Architect is responsible for providing seamless onboarding and implementation support to partners, utilizing their technical expertise to ensure the effective deployment of Insider's customer experience and marketing platform, and acting as a strategic problem solver within the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide seamless onboarding for partners
- Assist with the implementation of Insider products
- Ensure flawless onboarding to maximize partner efficiency
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect or in a similar technical role with a strong background in providing seamless onboarding for partners and assisting with implementation of products.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and strategic thinking abilities to ensure flawless onboarding and maximum efficiency for Insider products.
- Strong technical background and skills relevant to the role of Solution Architect, including the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse team, demonstrating quick learning and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a customer-facing or partner-facing role, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions and support.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in a multicultural environment or with international teams, given the global scope of the company.
- Educational background or professional experience that supports a technical or engineering discipline relevant to solution architecture.
