Job Description
A Senior Machine Learning Engineer role focused on developing AI-powered systems for product discovery, personalization, and analytics within a fast-growing MarTech company, working across the full stack from data modeling to software systems in an innovative and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI-powered systems for product discovery, search, and personalization.
- Collaborate across full stack development, including data modeling, software systems, and observability.
- Own and improve meaningful components of AI and machine learning products with support from team members.
Requirements
- Proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning models and AI-powered systems.
- Strong programming skills in relevant languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
- Experience working with large-scale data processing and storage systems, including handling over 100 TB of historical data.
- Solid understanding of AI and machine learning techniques, including semantic search, predictive modeling, and personalization algorithms.
- Hands-on experience across the full stack, from data collection and modeling to software systems and observability.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work in an agile environment.
- Demonstrated ability to own meaningful pieces of products and support their development lifecycle.
- Educational background in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field (implied by the need for technical expertise).
