Job Description
The Senior AI Product Manager will lead the development and vision of innovative AI-driven customer experience and marketing products within a fast-growing B2B SaaS company, working closely with cross-functional teams to create impactful solutions that serve enterprise clients worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide the development and design of new products using data, research, strategy, and empathy.
- Set the vision and direction for the product portfolio.
- Make decisions on features, product releases, and innovations to enhance user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
- Gather and analyze information from various sources to inform product improvements.
- Lead and motivate teams to follow the product vision and execute effectively.
Requirements
- Proven experience in product management, with the ability to make important responsibilities and learn from mistakes, gaining experience in complex matters.
- Ability to make tough decisions, release new features, and create innovative products that bring ease and joy to users.
- Strong leadership skills, including the ability to make decisions, set direction, motivate, and inspire others to follow that direction.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of transmitting complex information clearly to different audiences and effectively reaching the information needed from others.
- Natural problem-solving ability, with a passion for finding solutions to complex problems and a sense of accomplishment when solving them.
- Ability to work well with others, help team members, give and receive constructive feedback, and handle personal conflicts professionally.
- Strong listening skills, with the ability to gather information from multiple sources to inform decision-making and improve products and services.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, actively seeking out change, embracing critical questioning, innovation, and continuous improvement, with a willingness to take risks and see the big picture.
