Job Description
A Scrum Master role focused on leading agile teams to deliver innovative AI and machine learning-driven products within a fast-growing MarTech company, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to Scrum practices
- Coordinate and support cross-functional teams to deliver project goals
- Remove impediments to team progress and ensure smooth workflow
- Track and report on team progress, velocity, and project metrics
- Promote continuous improvement and Agile best practices within teams
Requirements
- Experience as a Scrum Master with a proven track record of successfully facilitating Agile teams and processes.
- Strong understanding of Scrum methodologies, Agile principles, and best practices for software development teams.
- Ability to coordinate and facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and product owners.
- Experience in removing impediments and coaching teams to improve their Agile maturity and performance.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with software development teams, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment.
- Knowledge of Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar project management software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
- Ability to foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
- Experience working with distributed or remote teams is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
