Job Description
A Scrum Master role focused on facilitating agile processes within a fast-paced, innovative SaaS company that leverages AI and machine learning technologies, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive project success and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Scrum processes
- Support and coach development teams to improve Agile practices
- Remove impediments to team progress and ensure smooth workflow
- Coordinate between product owners, development teams, and stakeholders
- Track and report on team progress, velocity, and sprint goals
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile project management role for at least 3 years.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and the ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively coordinate and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Experience working with software development teams, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment.
- Ability to remove impediments and shield the team from external distractions to ensure smooth progress of sprints.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of AI and Machine Learning technologies is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Experience working in an international or remote team environment is preferred.
- Relevant certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) are preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
