Job Description

A sales-focused role responsible for driving growth and new business acquisition for Insider's AI-driven customer support chatbot platform, combining account management and solution selling to expand product adoption and market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead growth for Insider's Support Agent product, including the AI-driven conversational platform.
  • Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing new business opportunities.
  • Operate as an overlay specialist with Account Directors to expand Chatbot adoption within existing accounts.
  • Utilize solution selling expertise and deep product knowledge to maximize the market potential of Insider’s Chatbot offerings.

Requirements

  • Act as the Account Executive (AE) for new business acquisition, driving the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
  • Operate as an overlay specialist with Account Directors (ADs) to expand Chatbot adoption within existing accounts.
  • Combine strong hunting instincts, solution selling expertise, and deep product knowledge to unlock the full potential of Insider’s Chatbot offering in the market.
