Job Description
The Sales Manager for Indonesia will lead sales efforts to promote Insider's innovative customer experience and marketing platform, driving growth and market expansion in the region through strategic sales initiatives and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop sales strategies to expand market presence in Indonesia.
- Identify and engage potential enterprise clients to drive sales growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Manage the sales pipeline, forecast sales, and achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in B2B SaaS or MarTech industry, with a track record of successfully leading sales teams and achieving targets.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the Indonesian market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with enterprise clients and internal teams.
- Strong understanding of customer engagement platforms, AI capabilities, and multichannel marketing technologies is preferred.
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Experience in managing and building relationships with enterprise brands and high-growth startups.
- Proficiency in English; additional local language skills are a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Indonesia as required for client meetings and sales activities.
