Job Description
The Sales Manager for Colombia will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding the company's presence in the region by leveraging Insider's innovative B2B SaaS products and flexible commercial offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in Colombia.
- Manage and lead the sales team to drive performance and productivity.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts.
- Provide training and support to sales staff to enhance their skills.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales management within the B2B SaaS industry.
- Demonstrated ability to drive profitable growth and deliver unique customer experiences.
- Strong understanding of customer experience and marketing platforms.
- Ability to connect data across channels and predict future behavior using AI.
- Experience working with high-growth startups and Fortune 500 companies.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment across multiple countries.
