The Sales Manager for Brazil will lead sales initiatives for Insider, a B2B SaaS company specializing in AI-driven customer experience and marketing solutions, aiming to drive growth and expand market presence in the region.

Responsibilities

  • Lead sales initiatives in Brazil to drive growth.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts.
  • Train and mentor sales team members.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a sales management role within the B2B SaaS industry.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English.
