Job Description

The Sales Development Representative role involves engaging with potential clients, generating leads, and supporting the sales team to drive growth in the US market within a leading AI-native Customer Experience and Marketing platform company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new sales opportunities within the US market.
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present Insider’s solutions.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers through outreach and networking.

Requirements

  • Must have experience in sales, specifically as an Inside Sales Specialist or similar role, demonstrating the ability to convince and engage clients.
  • Must be a quick learner and a problem solver, capable of understanding partner pains and providing solutions.
  • Must be a go-getter with a proactive attitude and the ability to play big and bet on oneself to win the game.
  • Must have the ability to understand and solve partner or customer problems effectively.
  • Must be able to build a network and establish strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively and initiate conversations that lead to engagement.
