Job Description

The Sales Development Representative will focus on driving growth for Insider, a B2B SaaS company, by engaging potential clients in the US market and helping to deliver personalized customer experiences through their AI-native platform.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify potential leads in the US market.
  • Engage with prospects to understand their needs and present solutions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead conversion.
  • Track and report on sales metrics and performance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively.
  • Ability to understand and solve partners' pain points.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
  • A proactive and goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve results.
  • Experience in using CRM software or sales tools to manage leads and opportunities.
